What traced means. A dollar is traced when it is followed from a sender to a pot's custody address through recorded transfers, and its origin class is known. Percentages are dollar-weighted. Dust below the method threshold is excluded, so 100% is reachable.

Mixed funds are counted only in part. When money mixes, we attribute conservatively: each sender is credited with no more than their share. The full math is attached to every figure.

The record is the product. Every fact carries its source class, run id, and method version. A machine prints M0–M2. Only a human examiner signs M3.
